Kangaroo Island - Food & Wine

Delicious evening meal hampers

Sea Dragon Lodge - Food & Wine

At Sea Dragon Lodge we believe that food should be an integral part of the overall experience when staying on Kangaroo Island. As many great Aussie chefs have recently discovered, Kangaroo Island produce is becoming well known for its purity and is unique as the people who grow it, farm it and catch it...

At Sea Dragon Lodge we offer a great range of food and wine options as follows:

It is important to Pre-Order all Meals

We order all our food supplies to suit specific guests requirements. It is therefore very important that you pre-order your meals at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to arrival to ensure we have your selections available. We email you a menu order form and you simply choose from our menu selections before you arrive. The Lodge does not have a restaurant, all meals need to be pre-ordered.

Most Guests Dine at the Lodge for Their Evening Meals

It is not safe to drive after dark due to the large amount of wildlife on Kangaroo Island’s roads and there are no restaurants near Lodge. For these reasons, most of our guests tend to eat in at the Lodge or Villas.

Check out our TripAdvisor reviews to see what other travellers have thought about our great meals.

Our Food Partners

At Sea Dragon Lodge we have partnered with acclaimed local chefs Kate Sumner from KI Source as well as Liz & Ness Howard from Zest + Thyme Cafe to bring you an outstanding menu that will leave your taste buds wanting more. They source the very best produce that KI has to offer and have created some amazing dishes for you to sample.
